Every Scout deserves a trained leader. The quality of a program can hinge on the leaders and parents being trained. Come find out to improve the quality of the program your son and the Scouts in your unit will receive. Beginning in 2011, a three year training plan has been established to see that all leaders are trained.

"BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Overland Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America hereby approves the following Training Requirements for Unit Leaders.

Only those adult leaders who are fully trained in their BSA position by the end of each year will be renewed for the following year.
