LEC Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order

Grant Eddy called to order the regular meeting of the Tatanka Aneptu-Wi Lodge #94

II. Roll call

Ehan Jelinek conducted a roll call. The following youth were present: Grant Eddy, Seth Hald, Ehan Jelinek, Wyatt Ryan, Will Price, David Steinkreger, and Joe Godfrey. Adults: Tyson Coble, Erik Karre, David Crook, Mike Lawson, Craig Godfrey, Chris Bolton, and Mike Price.

III. Old business

a) Chapter Updates:

Pawnee: Is having a Chapter Lockin
Covered Wagon: Is starting there own ceremonies team

b) Motion by Ehan to nominate David Steinkreger as ceremonies chief seconded by Wyatt motion passed unanimously. Motion passed unanimously.

c) Will moved to employ Wyatt Ryan as the lodge summer camp coordinator seconded by Ehan motion passed unanimously. Motion passed unanimously.

d) Ehan moved to use the attached t-shirt for the lodge class B seconded by David. Motion passed unanimously.

e) Motion by Ehan to set a deadline for the 100th Anniversary lodge flap of March 6th seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.

IV. New business

a) David moved to just commit the lodge to the campfire at the council spring camporee seconded by Seth. Motion passed unanimously.

b) Ehan moved to table the 2010 - 2011 lodge calendar till the next LEC meeting seconded by David. Motion passed unanimously.

c) Motion by Ehan to set May 8th as the OA camp work day date seconded by David. Motion passed unanimously.

d) Motion by Ehan to move the Fall Fellowship to August 20th thru the 22nd seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.

e) Motion by Seth to table the decision of the lodge Secretary till the next LEC meeting seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.

f) Ehan moved to donate $1000.00 to the council endowment fund seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.

g) Motion by Ehan to leave all Section Conclave decisions to Tommy Campbell and the conclave committee seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.

h) Ehan moved to close the meeting seconded by Will. Motion passed unanimously.
