LEC Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order

Grant Eddy called to order the regular meeting of the Tatanka Aneptu-Wi Lodge #94

II. Roll call

Ehan Jelinek conducted a roll call. The following youth were present: Grant Eddy, Ehan Jelinek, Wyatt Ryan, Daniel Eddy, David Steinkreger, Michael Cox, and Jordan Rapp. Adults: Tyson Coble, David Crook, Chris Bolton, and Mike Price.

III. Old business

a) Chapter Updates:
Pony Express: 4 elections scheduled, no cross over ceremonies scheduled
Pawnee: no elections scheduled, no cross over ceremonies scheduled
Covered Wagon: several elections scheduled, 4 cross over ceremonies complete

b) Michael moved to vote on Jordan Rapp and Brady Carroll as lodge secretary seconded by Daniel. After the votes were counted Jordan Rapp is announced as the new lodge secretary.

IV. New business

a) David moved to have the lodge perform a call out ceremony at the Council spring camporee seconded by Ehan. Motion passed unanimously.

b) Motion by Michael to table the 2010 - 2011 calendar till the Spring Fellowship. Motion passed unanimously.

c) Motion by David to Order the 2009 Quality Lodge Pin for the 2009 & 2010 LEC members seconded by Daniel. Motion passed unanimously.

d) Daniel moved to close the meeting seconded by Michael. Motion passed unanimously.
