Having a hard time deciding what to do as your Eagle project?
Hope Harbor a transitional homeless shelter in Grand Island is looking to have some projects completed for their facility located at 610 West Division.
They are currently out of their building while it is being remodeled so they would like to have these projects completed right before they move in.
1. They would like at least 4 - 8 foot farm style tables and benches built for their dining room. They are looking for a table similar to those used at camp.
2. They would like a sidewalk and sign installed on the east side of the building - this may have to wait until next spring depending on weather.
3. They would like to have a storage shed built. The executive director is currently working on acquiring the materials for the shed so the construction and maybe concrete work would need to be completed.
If you would like to see what projects they have available, please contact the Executive Director at 308-385-5190.

3. Concrete sidewalk that goes from the Shoemaker Park to the current sidewalk on the east side of the new addition.
4. Concrete area with basketball hoops in the playground area - possible obstacle course in the park area.
5. Creation of soccer field with goals at Shoemaker Park

Polish Heritage Center in Ashton
They would like to create a space for a "rotating" display near the entrance to our main display room. There is an alcove aproximately eight feet by eight feet high and a couple of feet deep, which would be perfect for such a display area.
More information regarding the Center can be found on the web site at www.polishheritagecenter.com
. They also have a Face book page that offers pictures of the center itself.
